Lovina and Joseph Burkhart's farm is located in the picturesque heart of Mennonite country in Wallenstein, Ontario.
The Burkharts have been breeding dogs for over 16 years and are committed to breeding healthy, well natured family pets.
|
The Burkhart's Goldendoodles and Labradoodles are hybrids of carefully selected and tested purebred Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers and Standard Poodles. The Burkhart's also breed Aussiedoodles, a hybrid of the smaller Australian Shepherd and Poodle, for families looking for a smaller non/lite shed family companion.
All of the Burkhart's breeding dogs have been tested for genetic diseases - hips and elbows tested by OVC, and eyes checked annually by a CERF opthamologist, thyroid testing, as well as other health screening tests -allowing Lovina and Joseph to offer a full two year guarantee on their pups.

The dogs and pups are visited by their Veterinarian weekly.
The pups leave the farm for their new homes having received all their necessary immunizations and medications.
|
The Burkhart's have been providing a valuable community service for over a decade. They have donated over 20 pups to Dog Guides Canada, which are now servicing both visually and hearing impaired individuals. This is a continuing effort, one which offers the Burkhart's a great deal of satisfaction.
Goldendoodles and Labradoodles are known for their intelligence and wonderful temperament.
The ideal family dog, they are affectionate and easy to train.

Many poodle crosses inherit the 'hair' not fur of the poodle. This means that most don't shed, or shed lightly, and are compatible with allergy sufferers. Lovina & Joseph have successfully placed many Doodles in homes with allergies.
